No tickets matched the Powerball winning numbers Saturday night, sending the lottery’s estimated Monday jackpot to $295 million.
Saturday’s winning numbers were 34 – 50 – 51 – 61 – 67, and the red Powerball 20, the Power Play option was 2X.
Despite no jackpot winner from the drawing on Saturday, 1 lucky North Carolina player won $1 million by matching five white balls except for the Powerball.
The player did not select the Powerplay option. Doing so would have doubled their win to $2 million.
In addition, the Powerball lottery awarded 5 third prizes worth $50,000, 3 third prizes of $100,000 with Power Play 2X, and 6 California players won $7,695.
More than 631,600 tickets won cash prizes totalling $5.1 million in Sunday’s drawing.
