A Step-by-Step Guide To Quickly Verify Your Neteller Account

Step 4: Verify your location to make sure your address is real. Click on “verify your location” like below:

Click on “Select one….” to upload one kind of document (gas/water/electric/cable TV/phone bill or bank statement) that you will use to verify.

In the screen above, choose one of these available options:

• Lease/ Tenant Contract
• Pension Document
• School Enrollment Letter
• Tax Return (maybe personal income tax)

Note: The document’s issue date must be within 90 days.

In the list, utility bill is the easiest one to get. In the case you are not the one who register these services, you can use bank statement which can be easily to get.

For example, we choose credit card statement. Press Upload to continue:

When the Upload screen appear, press Upload File to continue:

Choose your file from your local disk and complete by click on the “Open” button:

After uploading your document, a screen will show up like below:

Press “Continue” to finish your location verification process !

Step 5: Verify account ownership. You are required to take a picture of your own holding your ID card or Passport next to your face by using Neteller webcam or your smartphone.

To start, click on “verify account ownership” like below:

*Tips: Hold your ID card or Passport next to your face then look straight to the webcam and take a picture. Your photo then will be verified.

Now all you have to do is to wait for a confirmation email. If you don’t get it after three days, sign in your Neteller account to resend it.
