Mega Millions Jackpot continues to roll, jumps to $336 million!

No ticket won the $303 million prize Tuesday night, the Mega Millions momentum continues to build! This is third time in this year, the Mega Millions jackpot has surpassed $300 million!

The winning numbers for September 25 were the white balls 8, 16, 32, 48 and 61, plus the gold Mega Ball 12.

While the jackpot rolls, there were plenty of other winners Tuesday night:

• One ticket, sold in New York, matched the five white balls to win $1 million; it was the 116th million-dollar-plus second prize won in the game to date in 2018.
• Twenty one tickets matched four white balls plus the Mega Ball for the game’s $10,000 third prize. One of those are actually worth $20,000 each because they included the optional Megaplier (available in most states for an extra $1 purchase), which was 2x Tuesday night.

A California office pool of 11 co-workers shared the last Mega Millions jackpot won – a whopping $543 million prize on July 24, the third largest in the game’s history. Three other jackpots have been won this year – $451 million on January 5 (Florida), $533 million on March 30 (New Jersey), and $142 million on May 4 (Ohio).

The estimated jackpot for September 28 is $336 million ($195.0 million cash)!
