No one hit Wednesday’s $71 million jackpot. The Powerball jackpot for Saturday’s lottery drawing has climbed to an estimated $89 million, with a cash option valued at $39.6 million.
The winning numbers were: 8, 12, 31, 33 and 38. The Powerball drawn was 18, with a Power Play of 3X.
There was no grand prize winner on Wednesday, nor were there any tickets sold that matched the first five white balls, and minus the red Powerball, for the game’s second prize of $1 million.
6 tickets matched four white balls plus the Power ball for the $50,000 third prizes, and 2 players got $150,000 (Power Player 3X).
In total, more than 336,900 tickets won cash prizes totaling $2.25 million in Wednesday’s drawing.
