Monday’s winning numbers were 18, 21, 25, 46, and 64, the red Powerball 21 and the Power Play 5X, the Powerball site revealed.

Five tickets matched four white balls plus the Power ball for the $50,000 third prize and 3 tickets with that $250,000 prize.
