A winning ticket for the €17 million EuroMillions Superdraw jackpot was sold in Belgium.
The winning numbers were 27, 28, 44, 48 and 50, with a Mega Ball of 7. The Lucky Stars were 7 and 12.
In addition to the winning ticket, Three tickets matching five numbers and a star were sold for Friday’s Superdraw drawing. Those winners will get a €215,402 prize.
There were Five tickets that matched five numbers without star, winning €30,205.

All Across Europe, the EuroMillions Superdraw drawing produced more than 1,661,600 winning tickets, with players winning lower-tier cash prizes worth a combined €13.55 million.
The EuroMillions Superdraw is an event that only happens a few times a year. The jackpot is huge but there are 12 other prize divisions up for grabs as well, making this lottery draw a favorite all over Europe.
To play EuroMillions Superdraw, you choose 5 main numbers from a range of 1-50 and 2 additional numbers called “Lucky Stars” from a range of 1-12. You win prizes for matching a minimum of two numbers. If you match all five numbers and two Lucky Stars, you win the jackpot.
Some players have favorite numbers they like to choose, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or other numbers of significant importance. Others like to use Quick Pick to have a computer-generated set of numbers randomly chosen.
Superdraws operate under the same rules as regular draws and the only difference is the size of the guaranteed jackpot. Since the EuroMillions Superdraw was created, the start jackpot has usually been €130,000,000 or €200,000,000.
If no player wins the jackpot of EuroMillions Superdraw, the top prize will roll over to the following draw and it will continue to roll over until it is won or it reaches the jackpot cap. The jackpot cap is currently set at €250 million.
The Belgian winner now has 20 weeks to come forward and claim their jackpot. Even if they decide to stay anonymous, it is customary for the Belgian National Lottery to release some details about big winners and how they plan to spend the money.
The jackpot has reset to an estimated €17 million. The next drawing will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
