The winning numbers were: 27 – 33 – 63 – 66 – 68. The Powerball drawn was 9 with a Power Play of 2X.
No one matched all six numbers to win the Powerball jackpot, but 1 lucky ticket bought in Iowa matched all five numbers except for the Powerball and added the Power Play worth $2,000,000.
In addition, the Powerball lottery awarded 8 third prizes worth $50,000, 1 third prize of $100,000 with Power Play 2X, and 3 California players got $15,089.
In total, more than 670,500 tickets won cash prizes totalling over $6.2 million in Saturday’s drawing.
