No one hit Monday’s $235 million jackpot as initially advertised. The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday’s lottery drawing has climbed to an estimated $255,000,000, with a cash option valued at $117.1 million.
The winning numbers were: 24, 33, 35, 37 and 42.
The Powerball drawn was 21 with a Power Play of 2X.
While there was no grand prize winner, an Illinois player got the ticket that matched all five white numbers drawn to win $1,000,000.
In addition, the Powerball lottery awarded 5 third prizes worth $50,000, 5 tickets won $100,000 prizes (with Power Player 2X), and 2 California players won $14,484.
In total, more than 400,100 tickets won cash prizes totalling $4 million in Monday’s drawing.
