No tickets matched the Powerball winning numbers Wednesday night, sending the lottery’s estimated Saturday jackpot to $248 million.
Wednesday’s winning numbers were 12, 21, 62, 67, and 69, and red Powerball 17, the Power Play option was 3X.
Despite no jackpot winner from the drawing on Wednesday, 1 lucky player won $1 million by matching five white balls except for the Powerball. The player did not select the Powerplay option. Doing so would have doubled their win to $2 million.
There were also 5 tickets nationwide that won $50,000 prizes; third prizes worth $150,000 for the players who possess the tickets containing Power Play 3X;
The total prize money of the smaller awards amounts to over $3.84 million.
